December!

Hello Everyone! 

We had transfers Wednesday so it was a day full of driving and goodbyes! We went to Milwaukee to pick up our new trainees! 

I really miss Sister Skousen and my district! We all ended up saying goodbye multiple times because we didn't realize we would run into them again on the way to Milwaukee! My new companion is named Sister Lovell and she is so sweet! We also have two more new sisters in our quad and they are so kind as well! They are very energetic! 

Highlights of the week: 

• Ward mission party! I love our members and they sent us home with tons of food! 

•Lunch at Ying Mouas! The Hmong elders were there and she was so happy to be able to talk to them! She wanted a song but I no longer have Sister Skousen to sing with :(

•Last week we dropped off a Book of Mormon to someone last week and his roommate answered. We called him this week and he told us that he lost someone really close that morning and that when we came over it really helped! It was not a coincidence that we dropped off the Book of Mormon when we did!

• One thing that we do to find people is by doing active calls on facebook. I have always been terrified of doing this so I decided we would do it a lot this week! We called a lady and her husband joined the call. They both have been going through a lot and said they really needed this! Miracles do come from facebook! 

•Tracted in snow!

Lowlights:

•Our apartment is falling apart and we can't get ahold of any manager of our apartment 

• Church was canceled because of the snow

I was really scared to train but Sister Skousen told me that we aren't alone! I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are able to give us strength and courage when we need it the most if we turn to them! I am also so thankful for all the amazing missionaries around me that answer my millions of questions!
