Hi everyone!! I made it to Muskego!!  This is literally such a cute area! We have a lot of smaller towns that we got to drive through to see members and it has made me so happy! It is so green!  So many great things happened this week!  I traveled to Milwaukee on Wednesday and transfers are so fun because you get to see a lot of people you've served with before!  One of the first members I met was a cute older lady named Sister Lukens and she told us about how when she moved into assisted living she felt she was there to do God's work! She has been reading preach my gospel and she taught us the restoration! It was so good! She is such a good ward missionary! She also told us that she ended up finding someone who lives there that used to be a member and invited her to join our next lesson! We called this lady named Weng who the elders passed off to us and she said that she and her husband and sons would love to come to church! We ended up teaching her and her husband ...

This was such a good week! I can't express how happy I am to be on a mission!! I feel like I've been able to find true joy because of it! My time here in Madison has come to a close! I am so sad about it because I am going to miss everyone here! Things are starting to pick up in this area! Two of our friends came to Family Home Evening yesterday! We made little pinewood derby cars! People were getting so creative! Da'mein and sorif loved it and it sounds like they want to come to church!! I can't wait to hear about how it goes! We also got to teach the plan of salvation to someone who was high over the phone. It's entertaining to see people's reaction to it when they are high. We might have to teach it again but he thought it was the coolest thing ever! And it is!! We set up a lot of lessons this week with people we street contacted which has been really cool!! We just got caught in a huge storm while on state street by the capital! Apparently it storms a lot here in the summer!     Anyway it was such a good week!! We had zone conference and this was Murphy's last zone conference! Let's just say it was a little emotional for everyone!      After zone conference we went on exchanges! I got to be with Sister Lovell in the YSA area and she was so excited! It was so fun to be with her again! We forgot to get more bus passes sent to us so we hung out at the church all day, it's been about a week so we hope they come soon! I keep accidentally texting non active members on Facebook but it's been really good! He hasn't felt loved because of choices he has made in his past but I was able to tell him how much his Heavenly Father loves him!      We tried so hard to get Damein to church this week! We had him meet a member and we set it up so that we could pick him up but fear got to him again:( He did respond to our...

Hello everyone!!  This was a crazy week full of meetings but it was so good! We had MLC (mission leadership council) on Tuesday and it was so good! We talked about 12 principles of how to be a better leader and it was so helpful to see what I've been doing and what I could improve on! We also made a video for our new president and his wife about what our mission is like! It was so tender to hear everyone talk about who we are and what is important to us in the Wisconsin Milwaukee mission! I know that I was sent to this mission for a reason and I can't imagine being anywhere else right now!  Ben prayed for the first time! Something other sisters have said in the past is that he has struggled to pray so we were so excited! We have set up calls every other morning to pray with him!  We had CDC (combined district council) on Friday to share with our zone what we learned at MLC! We ended up doing our training by using the war chapters in the Book of Mormon! While preparing for...
