9 Months!!

Hello everyone!!

We have transfers this week and I will be staying in Madison with Sister Cutler! I honestly thought I would leave but I am so excited to stay! 

We had exchanges this week with Platteville! It was so fun to be in a small town with Sister Lovell and sister Hollingsworth! We got to their apartment and there was a lady sitting out on the lawn and I kept getting the feeling to go talk to her so we did! She didn't speak much English but we decided to share a message with her anyway! The gift of tongues is so real! Through the Spirit she was able to understand every word I said and was so excited to learn more! We even were able to give her a Spanish Book of Mormon and she kept realing it when we walked away! It was so fun being with my old comp! 

We finally met damein our friend that we have on date in person! He keeps giving us people to teach which is so awesome! The elders in our ward had a baptism this week that Da'mein got to watch on zoom!

We also had a dinner at someone's house who doesd not want to come back to church but she was so sweet and made some good food! It was an adventure to get to her house on the bus though.

I can't believe it's already been 9 months since I've started my mission! I'm about half way there! I definitely have a lot more to do here and a lot more to learn but I am so excited to be able to use this time to not only bring myself closer to Christ but to help others find the joy that I have felt through Christ! Being on a mission is hard but it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made!
