Fireflies And Toads

Happy 4th of July! 

We had lots of missionary meetings this week! We had a Mission Leadership conference, Combined District council, another MLC to meet the new mission president and his wife and then a meeting with all of our Stake leaders! They all went really well! We talked a lot about how to stay motivated and focused during this transition to a new president. I'm really excited to see what happens! We said our final goodbyes to the Murphys which was really hard but we are so excited to have the Hansen's here! We got to meet them in person this morning while dropping something off at the mission office and they are the sweetest!

We were able to do a Wengs church tour on Monday! Sadly she wasn't able to come in person but we did a virtual one and it went so well! The spirit was so strong! 

We also had a ward breakfast on Saturday and it was so fun to be able to talk to and get to know the members more! 

One of the nights someone mentions fireflies being out so we ran to an area to see them and it was so cool!! It was my first time seeing fireflies! When we got back there was a toad in front of our door and it peed on Sister Conley. I warned her before she picked it up but it was so funny! It is now our new favorite video to watch haha.
