The Frozen Breakfast Sandwich

Hi everyone!

Da'mein got baptized last week and I am so happy for and proud of him!! 

It was MLC week so there were lots of conferences again! We have it at the end of every month and it is crazy how it has already been a month!

We had two people come to church!! Joseph came and he loved it! He said he is coming back! We invited him to read 3 Nephi 11 and he said that he read it twice and then started at the beginning of the Book of Mormon and then he brought up baptism!! We are hoping to get him on date for baptism soon!

Steve also came and he said it feels like home! We haven't been able to get in contact with him for a couple weeks and then we got a referral from Salt Lake for him! Turns out his Facebook stopped working so that's why he hasn't gotten in contact with us! We had a lesson with him on Saturday and he said he is willing to give everything to God. He is so faithful and is such a good example to me! Please continue to pray for his wife to let him be baptized!

We also had exchanges! I got to be with Hermana Hanson in the Spanish area and it was so fun! We did a lot of street contacting because that is something she wanted to work on. She talked to this guy and even though I didn't understand the language, I felt the spirit so strong as she testified of the Book of Mormon! I was so proud of her!

We went to an older lady's house for lunch this week and she is the sweetest! She heated up some frozen breakfast sandwiches. We took a bite and realized that the inside of the sandwich was very frozen and both of us ate vegetables until she bit into hers. She took a bite and said it's still a little cold but that's okay. Sister Conley and I proceeded to eat our frozen sandwiches haha. She did have really good pretzel fluff. Still don't know what it was but it was good! We are so blessed with members!
