Sleigh Rides And Zone Conference!

Happy New Year!!

I can't believe it is already 2023! This year has been a Rollercoaster but I have loved every second of it! 

This week we were able to meet so many amazing people!

We shared the restoration with our friend Torre and he loved it! At first he said no to a message but we kept talking to him and he changed his mind! He thought it was so cool! He said that he was feeling the spirit so strong! He also believes in aliens and so after we recited Joseph Smith's first vision he looked at us and said " God is technically an extraterrestrial being". I wasn't really sure how to answer that haha. He was super excited to come to church on Sunday but then we got a call the next day saying he didn't want to learn more. 

We also got to meet a sweet older lady named Bernie! We set up a time to go over and she had so many good questions! The only thing is she can't hear really well so when we were teaching we were shouting so she could hear! We still felt the spirit though and she accepted a Book of Mormon!

One of the coolest miracles we had this week was with our friend Trace! He messaged us first and welcomed us to Marshfield and he agreed to hearing a message! He only had about 10 minutes so we shared about Jesus Christ and the Book of Mormon and he loved it! Before we had the chance to send the link to the Book of Mormon he sent us one of the verses and said he loves it! We then sent him the link and invited him to read the introduction and within the next hour he said he wanted to be a part of the church! He was so prepared to receive this message! It was truly amazing! Hopefully we can put him on baptismal date this week!

One of the members also invited us to come for dinner and to go for a sleigh ride! It was so much fun! They had their family there and it was so good because a lot of them were members of our congregation so we got to get to know them more!

I am so thankful that I am able to serve in the Marshfield area! I am loving it so far!!
