I Finally Got To Pet A Wisconsin Cow!

Hi everyone!!

We got to do the coolest thing ever today!! I finally got to see and pet Wisconsin cows!! Haha it only took 18 months to get there! We got to tour a dairy farm and I was in heaven because I was surrounded by cows!! I was so impressed because they made the process so effective! I'm so excited to learn more about animal science!

This was such a good week!

We got to travel to one of the far parts of our area because we had extra miles last month and it was amazing! We went to a small town on the way and while we were there we got a prompting to knock onna car window which is terrifying so we parked the car and went to talk to them and they were so nice! We ended up giving them both a Book of Mormon and one of them said she had been praying to find something more and then we showed up. It is incredible how God is able to do that!

On the way back we ended up stopping in the same little town and knocked on someone's door who used to be taught. We trudged through the snow to get to her door only to find out it was her back door haha. She let us in and we taught her the restoration! She was so sweet!!

I have been loving studying about becoming! I read a talk this week by President Oaks that talked about the difference between testifying and being truly converted. "To testify is to know and declare. The gospel challenges us to be converted which requires us to do and become" Being on a mission has been amazing because I have gotten the opportunity to testify to others what I know but it also has required me to take action and to do the things we share with others to become more converted to Jesus Christ! It's been amazing to look back at my mission and to see the change that's taken place. I have learned and I know that Jesus Christ is the only one that can help us become who God needs us to be! I am so thankful for the opportunity that I have had to be a missionary and I am so excited to be able to continue to do the work for the next few weeks!
